Creative Presentations, a leading provider of commercial audio/visual solutions in both the business and education markets is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in the New Orleans, Louisiana market.

Summary: Manages sales activities of branch office by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing targets, quotas, and goals.
• Assigns sales channel to account representatives.
• Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
• Meets and delivers sales presentations to key clients.
• Assists account representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Acts as liaison between sales department and integration departments.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures of branch to conform to budgetary requirements.

Education and/or Experience

AV experience preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or University; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CTS Certificate a strong plus
