System Protection Plans - Creative Presentations offers full service plans which cover all aspects of your investment from guaranteed system performance to simple software upgrades and equipment cleanings and maintenance. If our Full Service Plan doesn't quite fit the needs of your situation, you can take advantage of our Custom Service Plan which offers you added flexibility in such important areas as response time, guaranteed restoration of system to operation and after-hours technical support.
Product Training – Creative Presentations offers training with every integrated solution.
Maintenance Agreements and Extended Warranty Programs - Whether you have in-house technical support or not we know your equipment and stand behind it. We also offer preventative maintenance agreements and extended warranty programs to maximize your systems capabilities.
Loaner Agreements & Support – Should there be any problem with your system we are here to help. Creative Presentations offers the Creative Advantage Plan that allows customers to use a projector
free of charge for up to ten days per year. We are also the authorized service and support center for both InFocus and Sharp equipment for our region. We also rent loaner equipment to meet your needs. With the resources you need readily available and a fully trained service staff, we can keep you running – around the clock.
Presentation Training – Not only do we help you to build your presentation solution we can also assist you in building your skills and abilities to maximize the effectiveness of your presentations. We have nationally acclaimed training for you within our organization.
