You agree to comply with the following terms and conditions when renting any equipment from Creative Presentations :
- Rental charges are based on the length of time equipment is in renter's possession and is calculated on a 24 hour basis, excluding weekends, local, and federal holidays.
- Renter must return the equipment in the condition received, normal wear and tear excluded.
- Equipment will at all times remain the property of Creative Presentations.
- The renter pays actual shipping costs associated with rental.
- Renter must examine the equipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if equipment is not found in good condition.
- Renter must return the equipment in the condition received, normal wear and tear excluded.
- Renter's credit card number will be required. Deposits are not charged on rentals, however renter authorizes CPI to apply any charges for any damages or missing equipment.
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Checks, purchase orders, and cash are also accepted upon approval.
- Renter agrees not to loan out equipment to a third party.
