Creative Presentations encourages you to order on-line from our secure server. However, please remember that our knowledgeable sales representatives are here to help you select the right solution for your presentation needs. Do you ship internationally?
Creative Presentations does ship internationally. However, we are not permitted by the manufacturer to ship Sharp products. Please contact us for more information.
How do I find a product?
Due to the broad array of products Creative Presentations has developed a number of tools to help you quickly find the right equipment for you. Visit the Shop Now section and use the tools under the projectors tab in the left hand navigation bar.
Selector and Comparison tools
We have developed especially for you simple tools to help educate you as a consumer and to help you narrow the choices down to a few products. At which time you will be able to compare these products in order to determine the very best product for your application.

How can I cancel an order?
In the event that you need to cancel an order please contact our customer service department as soon as possible via telephone or email?
How do I return something?
Creative Presentations is committed to your satisfaction! We will gladly exchange any projector that is received defective for a replacement (if available). Please read our return guidelines below:
All return requests must be made by the customer within fourteen (14) calendar days of shipping. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange without prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is issued by a member of the Inventory Control Department.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective products. Returns will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee to be charged to the customer.
Please contact our friendly customer service team via telephone or email, or fill out the online return authorization application and we will respond within 24 hours.
I need technical support.
We have a number of ways to help you with your technical support needs. If you are in need of technical assistance after our normal business hours visit our online service clinic. The answers to nearly one half of our technical calls are answered by utilizing the service wizard or the frequently asked questions. We are a certified technical service center for InFocus and Sharp products and offer in-depth technical assistance. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Creative Presentations has operations in Louisiana and Texas. We are required by law to collect tax on products shipped to those states. All not-taxable customers must provide exemption certification.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Creative Presentations provides purchase orders as a payment option for Government and Educational Institutions, Fortune 500 Corporations, Churches and other entities upon approval. Terms are net 30 days.

Please include the following on your purchase order so that we can process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Official Letterhead
- Authorizing agent’s signature
- Business name and phone number
- End user’s name and phone number (Work numbers only please)

- Purchase Order number
- Order ID number
- Complete Bill to and Ship to addresses
- Product description, manufacturer or sku number and price
- Shipping cost
- Quantity
We will process your order 1-2 business days after we receive a complete purchase order along with a copy of your order confirmation page.

When will my order ship?
We need a little time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. products usually ship 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed.
Choosing next day air does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
