Most items can be returned for credit or exchange with prior approval if request is made by the customer within fourteen (14) calendar days of shipping. Contact customer service or your presentation consultant at 1-800-444-2480, apply online, or fax (504)454-9535 to apply for return approval and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
No merchandise can be accepted for return or exchange without prior approval and a Return Authorization number, which is issued by Creative Presentation’s Inventory Control Department. In some cases a 20% or more restock fee may be imposed. Certain items are considered “custom” and are non-returnable. You are responsible for return freight on a return of non-defective merchandise.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Every shipment with a value over $100.00 is insured with the freight line in order to protect you, our customer. All shipments should be carefully inspected before signing for and receiving the material. REFUSE any obviously damaged merchandise and report any refusals immediately to the Inventory Control department. All packages accepted should be opened immediately and inspected for “concealed” damages within 3 days of receipt. In the event of damage, report them immediately to Creative Presentations. We cannot be held responsible for any damages reported after 14 days. Creative Presentations will coordinate the filing of freight claims, replacement orders, pick-up of damaged merchandise, and credits, according to the situation.
