When Will My Projector Arrive?
To calculate when you will receive your projector, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering, payment option (orders are not shipped until payment is established) as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:
Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, many items on our site show 24-hour availability. If you select Standard Ground Shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 1 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 2 to 8 days after you place your order.
What if my order includes several projectors with different availabilities?
You should use the longest availability time in your order. That's because multiple-item orders may be held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)
Does choosing Next Day Air mean my order will arrive tomorrow?
Not usually. Remember to add in the availability time of your items. If you order three 24-hour items and select Next Day Air shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second or Next Day Air.
"Ships in 24 Hours" Means
If you place an order for an item marked "Ships in 24 Hours" that item will be sent via your chosen UPS shipping option in that same time period. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. and before the end of business that day, will be given every effort to expedite shipping that next business day. But, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (CST).
"Ships 2-3 Days" Means
The product will ship at the first available moment, depending upon inventory location and final destination. Creative Presentations will contact you by email when the item ships.
“Limited Availability” Means
The product will ship at the first available moment, depending upon inventory location and final destination. Creative Presentations will contact you to advise you of approximate ship date.
What about accessories not noted with a shipping description?

What About Weekends and Holidays?
Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
